This website is operated by Stichting PayAccept, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 77832353, High Tech Campus 10, 5656 AE Eindhoven, The Netherlands ("PayAccept", "we", "us").

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

The website provides information about PayAccept's products and lets you contact us or register interest in access. It is not a payment service, and no payment can be made through it.

PayAccept is in private beta. Each product on the website shows its current availability. Anything described as roadmap or in preparation is a statement of intent — not a commitment to deliver by a particular date or with particular features.

When using this website, you agree not to:

• use it in breach of applicable law
• interfere with its operation, availability, or security
• access it by automated means in a way that degrades it for others
• misrepresent your identity or your relationship with PayAccept
