From this website, we collect only what you type into a form:

• your email address, when you submit the waitlist or contact form
• which form you used, so we can reply with the right information

We do not ask for your name, company, address, or payment details on this website. Our servers also process standard technical request data, such as your IP address and browser user agent, in order to serve the site and keep it secure.

There is no third-party analytics script, advertising tag, or session recording on this website, and web fonts are served from our own domain — so loading a page does not report your visit to another company.

Replying to you

We use your email address and the form you submitted to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.

Notifying you about access

If you join the waitlist, we use your email address to tell you when access opens. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Keeping the site secure

We use technical request data to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, available service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep the email address you give us until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

We are finalising a fixed maximum retention period as part of the legal review of this document, and will state it here once set.

We use service providers to host this website and to send and receive email. Each processes personal data only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide their service, under a data processing agreement.

We will publish a complete list of processors, including the country each one processes data in and the transfer mechanism where data leaves the European Economic Area, together with our Data Processing Addendum. If you need that information before then, ask us and we will provide it.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it
• restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it
• provide it in a portable format

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We encrypt personal data in transit and at rest, restrict access by role, and log access to it. We collect as little as possible in the first place, which is the most reliable protection we can offer. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
