Non-custodial settlement
Funds settle directly across supported payment rails. PayAccept never takes custody of your money.
Private beta — currently onboarding design partners.
The agent payment control plane
Let people, APIs, and AI agents pay and get paid — with stablecoin settlement, policy controls, cryptographic receipts, and reconciliation built in.
Built for x402 and the emerging agent-payment ecosystem.
Payment rails move money. PayAccept handles everything a real business needs around the payment — before it, during it, and after it.
01
Bind every payment to intent and policy before money moves.
02
Accept payment from a person, an API client, or an AI agent.
03
Confirm the payment on-rail before goods or data ship.
04
Release the service and capture proof of delivery.
05
Issue signed receipts and dispute-ready evidence.
06
Map every settlement to an order, invoice, or API call.
Architectural properties, not marketing claims — the guarantees that make a payment safe to automate.

Cryptographically verifiable
Signed payment requirements, receipts, and webhooks — every message can be independently verified.
Policy controlled
Control what agents can purchase, how much they can spend, and under which conditions.
Auditable by design
A consistent evidence trail from authorization through settlement and delivery.
Everything runs on the same authorization, evidence, and reconciliation spine — start with one product and expand without re-integrating.

Common questions about PayAccept, x402, and autonomous commerce.
PayAccept builds payments infrastructure for autonomous commerce — enabling APIs, AI agents, merchants, and platforms to accept, verify, settle, and reconcile internet-native payments.
PayAccept is in private beta. AgentPay, the x402 gateway, and Trust Layer receipts are available to design partners; commerce tooling is in merchant beta, and the Protocol Router is on the roadmap. Every product shows its current status.
x402 makes a payment possible. PayAccept adds what production commerce needs on top: authorization and policy, verification, signed receipts, delivery evidence, and reconciliation — plus routing to emerging protocols as they mature.
No. Payments settle in stablecoins over supported rails. PAYT and PayChain are optional ecosystem infrastructure and are not required to use any PayAccept product.
Apply for the private beta. We set design partners up with sandbox access, the x402 SDK, and a working example so you can verify your first payment end to end.
